When renewing my membership, I purchased insurance through LMS Prolink but was not redirected back to the BCAK site. What do I do?

When following the online renewal steps, you should be directed to the LMS Prolink website should you wish to purchase insurance from them. Once you have purchased insurance, you should then automatically be taken back to the BCAK site to complete your renewal. You will then receive a confirmation message and email.

If this does not happen, an error has occurred and you will need to send a copy of your insurance certificate to our office to allow us to complete your membership. Please email the copy/receipt to office@bcak.bc.ca and we will complete your renewal.
